Third Party Credit Checks

We use trusted third party service providers to support the operation of our business. These providers act as Data Processors and may process personal data on our behalf strictly for the purposes described below.

  • Credit checking provider (Channel Island Data Service) – to assess applicant suitability and verify identity and financial history.
  • Inventory Hive – to create and manage inventories, inspections, check in and check out reports, and associated photographic records.
  • DocuSign – to facilitate secure electronic signing of tenancy agreements and related documents.
  • Cloud storage and email service providers – for secure communication and document storage.
  • Maintenance and contractor management systems (where applicable) – to coordinate repairs and property access.

We ensure that all processors provide appropriate security measures and process data only under our instructions.

  • Landlords, where relevant to tenancy decisions
  • Contractors, where access or repairs are required
